There is no denying that crimes against the women have been on a rise in recent times, but a recent incident has come to light which has disturbed us to an unimaginable level and has lead us to question, are our children even safe anywhere anymore?
This week a four-year-old girl was assaulted by her classmate in New Delhi, inside school premises, once inside the washroom and then in the classroom. The mother of the victim of the traumatic incident came forward and wrote an email to NDTV describing the entire incident and it is heart-wrenching.
