Detectives said the 2-year-old victim’s mother noticed three large red marks on the child’s left and right thighs on Oct. 3 after picking up the victim from daycare at Itsy Bitsy Kids World.
The mother said she attempted to ask for information from the daycare and was only told that the victim “fell,” and wasn’t given any more information.
