A Florida daycare owner was arrested after hitting a 2-year-old boy with his own shoes.
On Friday, Colleen Williams Days, 59, admitted to striking the child several times with his shoes because he wouldn’t put them on when asked. The boy suffered five large bruises on his thighs, according to WFTS.
