MORRIS HEIGHTS – Parents of children at a Tremont Avenue day care center say their children have been coming home with tales of physical abuse at the hands of a teacher, and the expanding investigation now involves two city agencies.
The kids are between 2 and 4 years old and attend an early life facility accredited by the Department of Health.
