NORTHAMPTON, Pa. – Northampton Area School District has received approval and funding for a Head Start and two pre-kindergarten programs.
District Superintendent Joseph Kovalchik informed the school board at Monday evening’s meeting the Head Start and two pre-kindergarten programs will cost the district nothing.
