Washington, D.C. (WDTV) — Senators Shelley Moore Capito and Joe Manchin announced Monday that over $2.8 million from the U.S Department of Health and Human Resources (HHS) will go to West Virginia Head Start programs.
In a press release, Senator Manchin stated “Every West Virginia child deserves the best chance at a bright future. With this funding, our families and children will have access to the education, health and social services they need to thrive today and in the future,” said Senator Manchin.
