Lightbridge Academy is planning to open two child care centers in the Richmond area as early as this fall, as it expands along the East Coast, said Mark Mele, senior vice president of franchise sales for the company.
“We seem to be making progress with two potential sites,” Mele said. “If we can get the leases signed … we are looking at a potential opening later this fall, or it if gets backed up because of permit approvals or things like that, it could be spring of 2018.”
