QUINCY (WGEM) — A jury trial date has been moved for a former Quincy daycare worker who was indicted last year on child porn charges.
Court records show that Nathan Caldwell’s jury trial day has been pushed back from January to March 9.
A status hearing is set for February 18 and a pre-trial hearing is scheduled for February 28.
Nathan Caldwell, 22, previously pleaded not guilty to three counts of child pornography.
Caldwell, who worked at the St. Peter School daycare in Quincy, was arrested Oct. 31 at his home by Quincy police. Police said the investigation was started after receiving information from the attorney general’s Internet Crimes Against Children division.
He reportedly possessed 169 images and 176 videos of child pornography.
