A former day care employee charged with sexual assaults and creating child pornography pleaded no contest Friday to reduced charges.
Mark Mays, 25, entered the pleas — to two counts of first-degree sexual assault on a mentally or physically incapacitated person and two counts of making child pornography — as part of an agreement with prosecutors. He had worked at Little Hands at Work and Play and at La Petite Academy.
