An Altoona day care worker was arrested after being accused of dropping, dragging and kicking a 3-year-old while she was on the job, Altoona police say.
Bobbie Lynne Albany, 44, of Altoona was charged with child endangerment after turning herself into police Wednesday morning, said Police Detective Sgt. Brett Handy.
