OKLAHOMA CITY — A woman was arrested after police say a five-month-old baby suffered two small fractures to his forearm while he was at a northwest Oklahoma City day care.
The former employee, 25-year-old Shannon Smith, was arrested Thursday in connection with the February incident at Child Care network near Northwest 142nd Street and North Western Avenue. Surveillance footage shows that Smith grabbed the baby from a bouncy seat by only his arm and pulled him up to her in a forceful manner, according to court documents.
