NEW BRAUNFELS, TX – A daycare worker is accused of slapping a child so hard, she left a hand print on his face.
According to an arrest affidavit, 19-year-old Bianca Bussey first told police she accidentally hit the three-year-old boy while dancing around as kids waited in line for the restroom.
