Assistant Commissioner of the state Department of Human Services Jim Koppel (photo) says for the last 15 years, on average, we’ve been losing one provider a day.
Today (Thursday), Koppel will be in Franklin in southwestern Minnesota’s Renville County visiting the Cedar Mountain Cougar Childcare Center which was built through a community partnership.
