The program director of a preschool in Woodbridge has been accused of leaving a sleeping 2-year-old unsupervised at the Potomac Mills food court for more than an hour last week.
Christal Anita Lundy, 38, of the 2900 block of Fox Lair Drive, has been charged with felony child neglect, Prince William police spokesperson Officer Nathan Probus said.
