A Republic woman allegedly told police March 21 had a been a normal day until an infant at her day care started coughing, his eyes rolled back into his head and he slammed his head onto the floor.
Police believe she caused the infant’s injuries, and on Wednesday, Samatha Dillbeck was charged with one count of neglect or abuse of a child — a felony.
