TAYLOR MILL, Ky. — Rainbow Child Care Centers in Northern Kentucky admits it misinformed parents in a letter it sent out Wednesday evening about how many facilities are still under state sanction.

In a new letter sent to parents Thursday afternoon, the company apologized for sending “misinformation” to parents about the sanctions.
